Colombo KH Plus restores the Carbonate Hardness and stabilises the pH in your pond.

A correct Carbonate Hardness (KH) is mandatory to achieve a stable pH, clear water, healthy fish and plants.

KH is a measurement for the total amount of dissolved Carbonates, in the pond water.

When the KH is too low, the pH can fluctuate heavily, which is very harmful for the livestock in your pond, when an optimal KH is reached (between 6-8dh) then stabilising your water can be achieved using Colombo Balantex.

Colombo KH Plus Dosage: 15ml / 200 litres of pond water increases the KH 2dh.

We cannot emphasise enough the importance of maintaining the correct KH level in your pond, in the Northwest we have very soft water, doing regular water changes can mostly protect from a pH crash, but monitoring the KH provides you with piece of mind, that that will not happen.
