Our Omosako Shiro Utsuri Raffle Success!
An Incredible Response!
Here at The Oaks Koi Farm, we love keeping our VIP members engaged with our regular weekly lineup. If you are part of our exclusive WhatsApp group, you already know about our busy weekly schedule: Buy It Now every Tuesday night, our exciting Auction Night every Thursday, and our fast-paced Flash Sales every Saturday night.
But this past week, we decided to switch things up and throw in something extra special for our community—and the response completely blew us away!
A Staggering Turnout for a Stunning Prize
For our special mid-week activity, we hosted a raffle draw live on Wednesday, 16th September, with the grand prize being a breathtaking 56cms Omosako Shiro Utsuri. Our initial goal was modest; we hoped to get a minimum of 50 tickets purchased to make the draw viable.
Instead, our incredible community stepped up in a massive way, purchasing an astounding amount of tickets!
Seeing such an overwhelming response from our VIP members inspired us to give a little extra back to show our appreciation. To celebrate the milestone, we added three extra runner-up prizes: £100, £50, and £25 Oaks Koi Farm gift vouchers for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place.
The Live Draw & Our Lucky Winners
Using an online number generator streamed live right in our WhatsApp group, we conducted the draw—and it worked an absolute treat! The suspense was electric, and the live chat was buzzing with excitement.
Without further ado, a massive congratulations to our lucky winners:
- 1st Prize (Omosako Shiro Utsuri): Gavin Muir
- 2nd Prize (£100 Gift Voucher): Richard Cross
- 3rd Prize (£50 Gift Voucher): Darren Johnson
- 4th Prize (£25 Gift Voucher): Trevor Wilson
Pure Shock and Joy
The highlight of the evening had to be the reaction from our grand prize winner, Gavin Muir. Gavin was completely in genuine shock—he shared that he has literally never won anything in his life before! Seeing his ecstatic response made all the planning entirely worthwhile.
Along with his stunning new koi, Gavin has received The Oaks Koi Farm’s Omosako Certificate to guarantee the pedigree and identity of his magnificent fish.
Thank you to every single member who purchased a ticket and participated in making this raffle such an unforgettable event. Keep an eye on the WhatsApp group—we might just have to do something like this again soon!
